About Us

Project RISHI (Rural India Social and Health Improvement) is a registered 501c(3) nonprofit that serves rural communities in india through service and education. Originally founded in 2005 at UCLA by Dr. Eri Srivatsan and four other medical students, Project RISHI has expanded to chapters across several different universities. We represent the chapter of the University of California, Davis.

By identifying and addressing key developmental disparities, we leverage extensive research and initiatives to implement solutions that propel positive change. Our mission is to empower undeserved communities by providing affordable and sustainable solutions and promoting holistic growth and improvement in quality of life.
